Our 302-bed hospital offers advanced healthcare services delivered by a skilled, compassionate team that puts patients at the center of everything we do.

We have earned national recognition for our care of serious conditions such as stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and more, as well as for providing elite nursing care. We are committed to excellence across a wide range of specialties, including heart and vascular, women’s health, diagnostic imaging, trauma, orthopedics, spine, digestive diseases, oncology, neurology, ENT, pain management, weight management, intensive and emergency care, and more.

Liderazgo


Chris York, FACHE, has served as president of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine since 2018, but has been a leader at Baylor Scott & White Health since 2007. He has a passion for creating outstanding outcomes for patients by build​ing a culture that fosters love and respect, encourages constant feedback for improvement, and by being committed to constantly seeking change for the better. 

Under his guidance, the programs and facilities he has led, including Baylor Scott & White – Grapevine, have been recognized nationally for high quality care and Five Star patient experiences.

Chris has worked in healthcare for three decades, and his wife, Jackie, is a practicing physician. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the board of various local community organizations. Chris attended East Tennessee State University on a football scholarship, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and later an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
