Baylor Scott & White Health has several locations throughout Texas to meet the needs of transplant patients

 

Teams of physicians, nurses and assistants travel to outreach clinics throughout Texas, delivering world-renowned transplantation medicine to an expanding network of communities. Both initial transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up appointments are available.

The clinics located in Abilene, Amarillo, Austin, Longview, Lubbock, Odessa, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, McKinney, Plano, Shreveport, Tulsa, Tyler, Waco, Waxahachie and Wichita Falls are an outreach service of HealthTexas Provider Network.
