My visit with Alicia was a follow-up to a visit to the BSW Grapevine emergency building regarding severe back and chest pain. Alicia did some physical checks and concluded I had dehydration and based on my lifestyle I needed to drink gator aid. She then took much time reviewing my medical records while giving me Information and advice. Her diagnosis was totally correct. It was the best encounter I ever had with a medical professional.
