Yesterday she worked me in for a knee problem. She worked efficiently to take care of the problem, made sure my regular meds( refills) were taken care of so I didn't have to return in a few days for another office visit. When I left I felt like everything will be ok. The office staff on the phone was so professional and sweet to me trying to get me in to see someone. The medical assistant called me back after 10 min of signing in which I didn't expect since they were working me in. She took care of scheduling some things I needed to get done for wellness. Then in a few minutes Mrs Granberry came in to see me! Great visit! | |
