He and his assistant spoke so kindly to me while they talked through every step of the visit. They both were incredible. Very thorough and explained everything clearly. I came into the visit fearful and left completely different. Both of them took great care to make me feel comfortable and to ensure that I understand all of the information. I can't say enough at how pleasant my visit was and how I would highly recommend him and BSW.
