Our Well-Being Journeys provide you with tools to use on your personal path towards improved well-being in a variety of areas. Based on your responses in the Well-Being Assessment, you’ll have access to up to six personal journeys—physical activity, nutrition, professional, financial, emotional and social well-being.
Each journey is a self-guided experience within the MyBSWHealth portal that offers articles, tips, short videos and an opportunity to talk with a Wellness Advisor!
