Welcome to Baylor Scott & White Ambulatory Endoscopy Center

Baylor Scott & White Ambulatory Endoscopy Center is a surgery center licensed by the State of Texas that focuses on endoscopy procedures only.

We are not a physician practice or an outpatient hospital. This facility is owned in part by physicians who practice here. We encourage you to ask your practitioner any questions you may have about his or her ownership interest in this facility.

Our center is fully equipped with advanced video colonoscopes and gastroscopes to make your procedure as safe and comfortable as possible.

¿Por qué elegirnos?

When patients choose to use an outpatient surgery center, also called an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), most find that the process is much more convenient, as well as more personal. Our center offers a relaxed environment with medical staff focused on offering individualized patient care. Our specialized staff helps each patient's visit go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Facilidad de uso

Since our center focuses on a limited number of procedures, most patients find that we are much easier to navigate than a typical hospital environment. We know exactly how many patients we will serve each day and can, therefore, staff appropriately to ensure very personal care. Our priority in the center is you and your procedure.

Skilled Physicians and Staff

Our staff specializes in outpatient endoscopy care and has many years of experience. Our physicians and nurses are specialists in your specific outpatient procedures. They keep themselves educated about current developments in GI procedures through continuous education and regular attendance at workshops and seminars.

We are accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. BSW Ambulatory Endoscopy Center is also accredited by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), a professional organization dedicated to advancing patient care and digestive health by promoting excellence in gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Seguro aceptado

Please bring a copy of your driver's license and insurance information. We will file insurance for you, but we ask that you cover the portion that insurance will not cover at the time of your visit. Most insurance plans have a co-payment, co-insurance and/or deductible. You are responsible for these payments.

We will prepare an estimate of this cost and notify you a few days prior to your procedure. This payment is due at the time of service, and all charges incurred are for the facility. You will receive a separate bill from the physician and from pathology if any biopsies are taken. If you are unable to pay on the date of the procedure, the appointment will be rescheduled.

For your convenience, we will accept a personal check and all major credit cards.
