It is our mission as the Volunteer Services of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine to assist the hospital in providing high quality health care to our communities.

To achieve this we are committed to:

  • Complementing and supplementing goals and objectives of other programs and departments by providing compassionate, knowledgeable and resourceful individuals who provide quality service resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Growing with the hospital in its efforts to address the needs of the community through creative teamwork.
  • Meeting the needs of the volunteers as well as the hospital and community by respecting individual diversity and the dignity of all persons.
