ANCC Magnet designation
In 2010, Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano achieved ANCC Magnet Designation®, a national designation for nursing excellence awarded to very few hospitals by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. We were re-designated again in 2016 and received our third designation in 2020.
