Express gratitude with EnCore

Expressing thanks has been shown to improve your mood and help increase optimism. People who regularly express gratitude for the positive aspects of life are shown to be happier overall, leading to lower rates of stress and depression. Take a few moments to reflect with an attitude of gratitude.

Offered in-person and online, Sacred Vocation is designed to nurture self-awareness, skills and understanding of how we function as healer to foster a deeper spiritual connection to our vocation and facilitate a sense of meaning and purpose while reducing burnout and fatigue.
