Our tracking-free time off program (TFTO) is a market-leading benefit in healthcare with enhanced freedom and flexibility.
Eligibility:
- Corporate team members1
- Manager-level and above who are exempt
- This program excludes team members who are 7 on/7 off, PRN, Shift Providers, contingent or contract workers, physicians and medical directors.
- Effective junio 30, 2025: APPs and additional exempt corporate team members not yet included will transition to this program.
Highlights:
- Eligible team members are provided an annual number of days on Jan. 1 for usage throughout the year, based on years of service.2 See TFTO chart below to learn more (note: log in required).
- Tiempo de enfermedad3 and observed holidays are not deducted from the annual number of available days and are paid as regular salary.
- Team members request time off from their leader; no coding/tracking necessary.
1 Corporate defined as those in the following job families: Community Affairs, Corporate Governance, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Informatics, Information Technology (IT), Marketing/Sales, Office/Clerical, Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain.
2 Time off prorated based on hire date and FTE.
3 If absence extends beyond one week, time off due to illness/injury may be paid under the voluntary STD plan, if coverage elected and the disability claim is approved.
