Cynthia McPherson spent 28 years in the US Army, as a medic, nurse, and later a Physician Assistant. She chose a career in healthcare because it brings together critical thinking, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. What excites her most about urgent care is the opportunity to combine medicine with human connection, and the ability to make an immediate impact. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting and design, attending live shows and music festivals, and traveling. She appreciates having outlets that allow her to unwind and recharge, and explore interests that bring a different kind of energy and balance in life.
