I have had this pain for 10+ years, this treatment alongside a physical therapist that is also top notch, I can feel the pain become soreness instead of debilitating pain. Although I'm not sure if I will have to get shots every 3 months. I am overly happy with BSW. Of course yall know yall are way better than the VA, but I want to thank everyone. From the administrators working to accept Community Care from the VA, all the way to the nurse that got me In a week after Halloween when carrying my kid knocked me back Into some real severe pain.Thank y'all. Y'all have made my wife feel at home, and helping me get through this pain in a way I never saw as possible. Professional, prompt, courteous and most importantly, y'all have delivered on my treatment goals.(A VA dr 4 yrs ago told the pain was "in my head")10 years ago, they tried cortisone TP, then some shot in my glutes that lasted about 10 days. Before I was just told there was no more they could do. Except wait 6weeks for another shot.So, thank you. Truly.

He studied my X-rays and listened to me. He wants to treat me with medication first and had to make sure meds he wanted to prescribe wouldn't hurt my kidneys, as I have stage 3 kidney disease.

His advice on what to do if pain kicked up at beginning of PT most likely prevented me from pushing myself to the point of making matters worse and having to stop for weeks. Instead, I did what he advised and am within a few days am ready to continue at a comfortable pace. It is a process to heal and Drs like him are key to getting the best results. Thank you!
