Lauren earned her degree from Capella University in 2019, she brings experience from diverse clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health, and intensive outpatient programs.

She strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and patterns impacting their emotional and relational well-being.

Lauren enjoys being a resident of Marble Falls with her fiancé, two teenage children and their golden retriever. In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time on the water.
