Qué hacer

Within your first 30 days of benefits eligibility:

As a new hire, you become eligible for benefits on your first day of work. You have 30 days from your date of hire (or date you become benefits eligible) to enroll. Once you enroll, coverage begins right away. Unless you have a qualified life event, you won’t be able to make coverage changes after your initial enrollment period until the next annual enrollment. So use this time wisely to compare plans, decide who to cover and get the best benefits for you!

Spend some time reviewing the benefits you want to enroll in, then choose which dependents you want to cover.

Important: You are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan right away and can make changes anytime throughout the year. We match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to the first 5% of eligible pay. You are always 100% vested in your own contributions, and matching contributions vest after three years of employment.

Si usted o un dependiente cubierto vive 40 o más millas del hospital de cuidados intensivos de nivel 1 más cercano, comuníquese con Baylor Scott & White Health Plan (BSWHP) al 844.843.3229 para activar fuera del área cobertura (80% frente a 50% después del deducible del nivel 2 para servicios para pacientes hospitalizados y ambulatorios).

Importante: Queda automáticamente inscrito en la cobertura por discapacidad a corto plazo. Las primas de esta cobertura se deducen de su cheque de pago antes de impuestos.
