The DAISY Award celebrates nurses' extraordinary clinical skills and compassion. It's an international program, and here at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – PGA Parkway, we're proud to be a DAISY Award Partner and recognize our nurses who exemplify these traits.
The Sunshine Award

The PHIL Award®
The PHIL Award is a national recognition for outstanding respiratory therapists who provide exemplary care to patients with respiratory illnesses. Nominations are made by patients and caregivers. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Round Rock proudly collaborates with the PHIL Award to honor our exceptional respiratory therapists.
DAISY, Sunshine and PHIL award honorees will be recognized during a ceremony in their unit.
