Apoyo de los compañeros
As our employees strive to live our core mission, sometimes the unexpected and inexplicable outcomes occur and the very individuals delivering care become the ones in need of support.
The Peer Support Team is here to support you and/or your staff through unanticipated events and difficult times that occur in the workplace with understanding, compassion and confidentiality.
Our Peer Support Counselors are peer support volunteers, many who have experienced second victim/healthcare adversity, receive training in active listening and psychological first aid and are available to support their peers with complete confidentiality.
If you are on the Baylor Scott & White network, log-in to learn more about the Peer Support program.
