The attendee Was very nice asked me for my name I responded ,she was very nice smiled introduced self , explained what room to go and waited a few more min, Explained the procedure to be done , I complied , she was very nice , loved her hair and she was very professional . Didn't take long for procedure and the Dr would give me the results afterwards . Dr Andrea was the one giving the evaluation ,she was very thorough In explaining , I understood what she said to me , I asked to be on list for hearing aids and she did . I was dismissed and left . In all I was very well received had thorough explanation finished in good time and Yes ! I Would recommend anyone to this service at Baylor Scott White , I am pleased I give them a 10 .
