It was my first time seeing NP Osborne and while I've been with Dr Bui for almost 10 years, I'd also choose NP Osbourne in a heartbeat. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt I could discuss freely the reason for my visit. She was also very comforting. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone and I'll be back to see her again.

Dr Osborn is a breath of grease air. Simply heaven sent! She took her time with me on my first visit and I felt like I was her only patient. She didn't leave the room until all my questions was answered and never felt rush. She came up with a game plan for my better health and the steps to get there. All my paper work with her personal handwriting added a personal touch. I don't want to see another Dr again. She is one that can stay with and grow old with and she know my history. In one word, Amazing!

Never in my life have my concerns been heard out more thoroughly. I want to cry happy, hopeful tears when I think of how establishing care went. I have not gone regularly to a PCP since I was a freshman in high school. Dorothy could have spent 15 minutes with me, and been uninterested and unempathetic. She didn't. She did her job, she went beyond that. In some ways I have worried that if I couldn't get my mental illness under control, that I either would have no quality of life, or end up taking my life. Neither of which sounded ideal, but I felt so extremely hopeless before my visit here. I know it's just one visit. It gives me hope that I might have quality of life. I appreciate the time that everyone at this office took with me during my visit. They were very thorough and adressed my concerns.

I usually get pushback from my providers for my chosen methods of being my own health advocate (nutrition being a big part of it and I am not vaxxed for anything except tetanus at this time). During my consultation I was not scoffed at or sneered at. She heard me and respected the decisions I've made for myself. It was HUGE. I was dreading my appointment but left the offices feeling heard and respected. HUGE!
