After that we were taken to the exam room and waited less than three minutes for Dr. Lauer to come in. During our visit, Dr. Lauer made made my daughter and I both feel extremely comfortable. She was non-judgmental, empathetic, and very thorough in answering all our questions. At no point did we ever feel rushed, embarrassed or shamed. I rate her a ten out of five, no doubt!!! | |

Equally a part of the excitement and newness, and she didn't actually acknowledge him once during the visit. That wasn't great. I've gotten the majority of my healthcare at BSW my whole life, and it is always excellent! This wasn't bad, but it wasn't the standard that I've come to expect. | |
