Rosabel Zohfeld, APRN, MSN-Ed, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in neurology. Her professional interests include long-term management of neurological disorders such as dementia, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, migraines and other neurological conditions by addressing the psychological, social and emotional factors impacting health through interdisciplinary collaboration.


She is passionate about helping her adult patients understand their conditions, simplifying their treatment plans and guiding them toward healthy lifestyle choices that can impact their neurological health. By promoting early diagnosis and discussing ways to reduce risk factors for conditions like stroke or cognitive decline, she emphasizes the importance of preventive care.

She also believes in providing compassionate and informed care through education and empowerment. She offers a holistic approach that ensures each patient is treated with dignity, addressing not just their physical health, but also their emotional and psychological well-being.
