They all seem to care about the patients and want them to have a great experience from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner as well.

4.7 febrero 1, 2024 My kids also see Sarah and are very comfortable with her. She is very down to earth, speaks plainly (no medical-ease) and gives her time generously. We never feel rushed. She is very welcoming and thorough in addressing our concerns. Her questions help us remember and mention important symptoms or procedures that help with diagnosis. Example: I came in for a post ER and surgery follow up. The hospital had not sent the records to BSW yet and I mentioned to Sarah I had a little cough and crackles in my lungs. Sarah asked if I had been intubated, which reminded me that I had actually been intubated twice while at St. David's. Sarah order a chest X-ray to be sure my lungs were healing and not developing pneumonia. I hadn't thought of telling her and it was because of her insightful questions she was able to head off any brewing infections.
