We work together to make a good plan on better pain control and yoga movements that are beneficial in stretching my spine.Another positive encounter with a wonderful Provider. He talked about several different drugs and we decided on one. He also got an appointment with a specialist in Temple. I was embarrassed but he took it in stride and really helped me. He listened well, and asked me at least 3 times if I had any questions for him or if there was anything else he could do for me after our medical discussion. At no point did he seem eager to be done and out the door; he was there for me. At the start of the visit, he expressed condolences about my mother's death. He learned about it only because I had to cancel an appointment a couple months earlier because it was scheduled the day after she died. I'd entered that on the portal as my reason for cancellation. His comment showed me that he had looked at my records prior to our visit, and that he cared enough to mention it. That blew me away. Terrific people skills!!
