I was concerned about having to replace him when I really didn't know of any other S/W General Practitioner. I was given a very short list of choices, and I selected Dr. Richardson without really knowing much about him. I believe that I made a great decision regarding him. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything we have discussed, and he discusses issues with me without talking down to me. I am, after all, 83 years of age, and he is a young man. I don't feel inhibited to express myself while at my appointment. I don't have to worry that he won't return a message on the Portal in a timely fashion, set up a reference for me, or make sure he keeps track of the right meds for me. His office staff is super great also. I made the right choice with Dr. Richardson!
