Dr. Anne Nguyen is a Texas native who was born and raised in Austin. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science from University of North Texas Health Science Center, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple and Geriatric Medicine fellowship at Mayo Clinic. She is a Mayo Clinic Community Health Featured Story Author - Nguyen A. “Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.” Published January 15, 2026. Returning to Texas to practice geriatric primary care, Dr. Nguyen is passionate about improving the quality of care for older adults. She treats chronic and acute medical conditions. In her free time, she enjoys reading, book clubs, hiking, visiting national parks, exploring local cafes, and traveling the world with her husband.
