3.3 diciembre 17, 2023 The person who was trying to give me the jell shoot could not get it right on the 4th try I asked to get someone else to administer the shoot. At that time Dr Mahmood walked in and apparently he also had a problem with the needle. Dr Mahmood tried again and after his first try he asked to bring him a number 18 needle. And it went in just fine. When my wife made the appt I thought Dr Mahmood would have been the one to give it to me or the nurse/dr that would do it. In the past the female was the one to do it. If I need to get another one in the future I will make sure it's either one. I don't want to experience that pain again and again and not get it right. I want no surprises when I get there and it's someone else. They could have known if the needle was not the right one not to keep sticking me. My wife will make sure we will only see either one of these drs.
