5.0 diciembre 13, 2023 Dr. Buck is super quick and very thorough. He helped me get setup for my sinus procedure. He worked with my insurance to make sure I was able to get the procedure approved. I was able to ask plenty of questions during the appointment where we talked about the surgical options. Dr. Buck answered all my questions and made sure I understood his answers. This may just be a me thing, but I prefer more information and time to ask questions before procedures happen. I think the only thing I would ask for is more of an explanation of what the appointment will be. I had never seen an ENT for my sinuses before. I was very surprised by the numbing spray and camera going up my nose at the first appointment. For the post-op check up, I was prepared for the numbing spray and camera. So that was fine. However, the tweezers for my crusty pieces in my nose and then the suction tool were completely unexpected. I was not prepared for that experience.Don't get me wrong, Dr. Buck did a fantastic job. I absolutely would recommend him for all ENT Issues. I just need a heads up before things go up my nose.
