Caring, a bit of humor, listens with an "OK, so you didn't .the proof will be in your tests!" Takes information you've given and suggests what to do about it by turning his explanations into everyday terms with visuals. It's the visuals and the clear explanations that puts him above the rest. It is not just "Look at this X-ray." It's how everything works to cause this or to make it better. Nice bedside manner, too!
