Dr. Roullard made me feel like I had agency in my care, she listened deeply while I talked, she discussed points of concern, and she made me feel truly seen. These are exceptional qualities to find in anyone, to find them in your PCP is pure gold. I also want to mention that the whole office felt happy. Dr. Roullard's manner was open, upbeat, and so dang friendly! I already feel comfortable trusting her to provide me with incredible care, and to collaborate with the rest of my treatment team. To be perfectly frank, I don't normally do surveys, but I needed to tell someone how super-psyched I am that I get to see Dr. Roullard from now on!!!

She listened thoroughly and was kind! I wanted a doctor who wasn't fixated by the number on the scale being the primary indicator of my health. Most importantly (to me) she was efficient in getting as much done as possible while I was there. It is difficult for me to take time off work in order to schedule an appointment in the first place (which is part of the reason I haven't kept up with routine checkups). I knew I was past due for a Pap smear, she suggested outdated vaccinations, I asked about getting lab work done and she ordered that and a mammogram immediately (since I am over 40). I didn't have to make a separate appointment for labs, I conveniently walked down the hall. I left that day feeling like I was truly taking care of my health (after neglecting to take time out to do that for so long). The only room for improvement was that I was told that the mammography center would call me and she gave me the number in case they didn't. However, I ended up going to their website the next day (I had another random day off that week and was hoping to get It done then) and booking online and they actually had appointments same day when I looked. I don't know if they would've had one on the day I met with Dr. Roullard or if she's even aware that they have that much availability but that would have been even more efficient and convenient since it too was located within the building. I love how everything I needed was in one building so I wasn't driving all around town for separate appointments. Overall, I was delighted with my experience and have shared my experience with a few people already. I'm loving how all my info is on one portal for all affiliated doctors to reference.

She's always on time and easy to talk to. She explains everything clearly and makes sure I understand everything that is going on. Her follow up notes are easy to read and she explains test results quickly as well.

Dr Roullard has always since the very beginning of my becoming her patient has made me feel very comfortable and she is a caring yet a professional doctor. Dr Roullard asks all the necessary questions and will provide answers to any I may have. There has never been a time she isn't attentive to my needs and also follows up with to see if the medicine help or how we are doing. BSW is very lucky to have such a great physician.
