Dr. Bazan received his Bachelor of Arts in biology at Baylor University in Waco. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Texas A&M Health Science Center/Scott & White Hospital - Temple. He is board-certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Bazan is a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons & the American College of Podiatric Medicine.


He offers procedures including but not limited to endoscopic plantar fasciotomy repair, hammertoe correction, nail extraction, bunion surgery, metatarsal fracture repair, implant removal, abscess removal surgery, amputation, and achilles rupture repair.

Dr. Bazan has been recognized as a Top Doc 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Austin Monthly Magazine. Winners are nominated by their peers as among the best in their region/nation in their medical speciality.
