Biografía


Jessica Goodwin, MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center, Dallas. She is double board-certified, specializing in plastic and reconstructive ... surgery. Her specific interests include breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast and body contouring, and facial cosmetic surgery.


Dr. Goodwin began her educational journey attending Louisiana State University where she received two Bachelors’ degrees, one in Biology and the other in Spanish. She went on to pursue a year of research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before matriculating to Texas A&M Health Sciences College of medicine for medical school. It was there in Temple, TX at Scott and White Hospital where she met her husband, Robert. She then went on to complete a General Surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center, followed by a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at UT Southwestern.

Providing high quality patient care is the central tenant to Dr. Goodwin’s practice. She treats her patients as extensions of her family, and takes personal interest in their journeys. Plastic Surgery became her focus, because she enjoys seeing patients’ through to their personal goals, helping them feel whole and proud of who they see in the mirror.

Her personal interests include health and fitness, travel, and spending time with her husband, two children and three French Bulldogs.
