Biografía
Dr. Kilianski graduated from Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and genetics at Texas A&M University, where he was very involved with the Corps of Cadets as a Ross Volunteer, a member of the Corps Staff and captain of the Corps Marathon Team. After his residency in neurological surgery at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, he pursued an additional year of fellowship training at the Texas Back Institute, a world leader in spine surgery, technology, patient care and education, where he received further specialized training in the latest and most advanced methods for the current management of spine conditions. While at Texas Back Institute, Dr. Kilianski had the opportunity to train under pioneers in the field of artificial disc replacement surgery. He is a recipient of artificial discs himself. His clinical interests include the treatment of cervical and lumbar degenerative disorders, adult spinal deformity, brain and spinal tumors, traumatic brain injuries and spine trauma, spinal cord stimulation, and artificial disc technology. He is trained in both minimally invasive and conventional open surgical techniques, enabling him to uniquely formulate a treatment plan that best suits the patient’s needs. Outside of work, Dr. Kilianski enjoys Renaissance festivals, Dungeons & Dragons and gaming conventions, marathons and weightlifting, Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, and football. Dr. Kilianski III was named “Physician of the Year” for 2025 by Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine. Voted on by his peers, this honor reflects his unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, and leadership within the medical community.
