Migraines are different from the stress or tension type which I also have. For years I've had all of the above and my work performance suffered and I retired earlier than planned. That was 20 years ago. Dr. Mussomeli separated the types as pertains to me including osteo, Sjogrens and fibromyalgia. He also has an invisible white board which works for me. Joke, but he explains very well. Release of anxiety!!! | |
