Kajal Shah, Médica.

Dr. Kajal Shah is a board-certified endocrinologist who enjoys practicing all aspects of general endocrinology, with a special interest in thyroid and adrenal disorders. She completed her internal medicine residency at Hofstra/Northwell Hospital in Queens, New York, followed by a fellowship in endocrinology at Stony Brook University Hospital. She then moved to Austin to be closer to family and has been practicing endocrinology in the Greater Austin Region since 2022.


Dr. Shah is committed to staying current with medical advancements and actively participates in professional societies such as the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. She enjoys the intellectual challenges of endocrinology and values building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients. Her approach to care is patient-centered, practical, and grounded in evidence-based medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Shah loves to travel, discover new cafes and restaurants with her husband, and unwind with a good TV show. She also cherishes quality time with her friends and family.
