The first person who came in I don't know what her position title is was very knowledgeable and kind and efficient. Dr. Lai Was Efficient and kind he explained my different options with what lenses I could have put into my eye. He explained the process of what was going to be coming next. He seemed to ask all the right questions and allowed me to ask questions. he explained procedure very clearly. And the last person I saw who did the appointments for all the different procedures was very patient with me so I could put them in my phone calendar and again explained everything very well where all the buildings were that I was going to need to go to, and who I was going to see and what was going to happen was appointments, I high recommend the office to anyone seeking high-quality care.
