Lee Bostick Elam, MD

Dr. Elam always wanted to be a physician since she was in high school.  She loved science and working with people, and found a great way to blend the two. She enjoys being there for people during both happy and hard times, and the relationships that develop from those experiences.


Interacting with children is Dr. Elam’s favorite part of her job. Children are incredibly resilient and she loves watching them grow into young adults.  Dr. Elam holds particular interests in newborns and breastfeeding, as well as vaccine education and behavioral health.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They spend most of their time outside swimming, hiking, exploring or at the baseball fields.
