After the visit, I had a few more logistical questions and he researched the protocol and called me. He is kind and funny and upbeat, even in days when he has emergencies upending his schedule. His staff is exceptional also. The two issues I have are 1) the schedulers unavailability for 4 days! And only after I called the staff did I get a response although it was very helpful and satisfactory after that. And 2): the waiting rooms are too crowded always. I've been gong there for over ten years. The surgeons deserve an expanded space!!! | |
