Dr. Yari is a board-certified neuromuscular medicine subspecialist in the care and management of patients with nerve and muscle problems as well as a strong interest in headaches. Her special skills include performing electromyography, nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS), neuromuscular ultrasounds for conditions ranging from carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve entrapment to more complex conditions such as brachial plexopathy, myasthenia gravis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Another area of interest is management of headaches/migraines and nerve pain using both medication and non-medication approaches (nerve blocks, trigger point injections). She has numerous publications to her name. Dr. Yari enjoys writing stories, listening to audiobooks and spending time with her family.
