She is not afraid to let her patients know when she is disappointed in our behavior and lack of cooperation in our own health-care (I was that person) and I appreciated it so much it woke me up, made me do better with my choice and lifestyle behavior after encounter. You know unfortunately I see a lot of doctors in all fields and I have to say that God has blessed me with amazing doctors, 90% which affiliates with Baylor. This tells me that you are not only a good judge of character when hiring personal, but must importantly it shows me that you know how extremely important your customers/patients are to your establishment. That said, once I made the appointment, the text reminders and check-in process was easy to do.
