I'm very much a believer that a rating is a complication of experiences, over a period of time. Everybody can have a great day or a miserable day, whether they are a doctor or patient. But this is for certain, I look forward to the next time I need to see Dr Oomman. One of the main reasons for that is this. He listens to his patient. Plus, I can tell that he watches me when he asks a question, and he observes my movements during simply seeing me move from the chair to the exam table. I've learned over the years that one can learn a lot about someone, if their movements don't match their words.

But I couldn't quite put my finger on exactly what it was that made him different than the rest, except to haphazardly through a conversation find out that he was a Christian and that BSW is a Christian-based entity. That was it. I saw it. I could feel it. That made all the difference. He is now officially my care provider. I'm grateful to have found him.
