I felt heard-within this physician's focus on his work during a fast and obviously demanding day, and given what I perceive as a natural reserve. He took the time he needed. I went away feeling cared for, and confident that I can do my part in working with him and improve my health and functionality.

He's always attentive to any concerns I have and explains test results in a way that is understandable. I never feel rushed during an appointment. Yesterday's appointment was no exception!
