Carol Velasquez, doctora, LCSW

Carol Velasquez, Ph.D., LCSW is a native Texan. She was born in Lake Jackson and grew up in Corpus Christi. She ventured to Maine and finished her bachelor’s degree at New Hampshire College. She went on to earn her master’s degree in social work at the University of Alaska in Anchorage. She completed her Ph.D. in 2017 at the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. After many years in private practice, she joined Baylor Scott and White as a Psychotherapist at the North Park Clinic in Brenham. She specializes in Sex Therapy for individuals and couples. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
