Biografía

Olga Johnson is a Speech-Language Pathologist with 11 years of experience in medical settings in the areas of swallowing, motor speech disorders, voice, memory, and aphasia. She graduated with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders degree from Northern Arizona University in 2011. She has experience working with a wide range of disorders including CVAs, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson's disease, ALS, Myastenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis among others. She holds special certifications in McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), MBSiMP, VitalStim, and she performs instrumental examination of swallowing function with a Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evalution of Swallowing (FEES). She also provides Lee Silverman Voice Therapy for voice disorders caused by Parkinson's disease, strokes, or other diseases. She always strived to provide most up-to-date, evidence-based treatment to achieve the patients' goals and improve their quality of life.
