Caminar con un Doc

We are happy to announce many of our Baylor Scott & White Walk with a Doc programs are restarting this summer.
Please look at the schedule to find an event near you.

Take steps toward a healthier lifestyle

Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle. At each month’s walk, a Baylor Scott & White Health provider will speak briefly about his or her area of expertise — from tips for avoiding heat stroke or managing allergies to steps to help maintain mental wellness. Walkers will then enjoy a one- to two-mile walk with the provider, during which you can continue the conversation and ask the provider health-related questions.

Este es un programa mensual gratuito y no es necesario preinscribirse. Todas las edades son bienvenidas.
