How we invest in community health
We’re committed to improving the health of our communities, and that starts with understanding their needs. Informed by Community Health Needs Assessment findings, customer journey insights and ongoing data, we thoughtfully prioritize where to invest for the greatest impact.
Guided by these priorities, we work in close partnership with local organizations to support better health outcomes across the state of Texas. We’re grounded in our strategic vision, collaboration and a commitment to creating a healthier future for the people we serve.
COMMUNITY IMPACT AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Our commitment to your community
Well Beyond is our commitment to creating healthier communities by reaching beyond our doors. By focusing our work in three strategic areas—improving maternal and child health, expanding access to care, and supporting education and workforce development—we can show up where our communities need us most.
Maternal and child health
By supporting mothers, babies and families through nutrition, screening and trusted partnerships, Well Beyond Beginnings sets the foundation for lifelong health and well-being.
Access to care: Rural health and street medicine
Well Beyond Doors brings care closer to home. We’re using technology to remove barriers to care and make it possible for more people to get the support they need to live well.
Education and workforce development
Well Beyond Today is how we’re building the future of care. By investing in education and workforce development, we’re empowering the healthcare workforce of the future and creating stronger communities for generations to come.
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Partnering with our communities for greater impact
Working together is at the heart of how we create lasting impact in our communities. We partner with nonprofit organizations, schools, faith-based organizations and local leaders to better understand community needs and create solutions that improve health and well-being.
By combining local insight with shared resources and expertise, we’re able to extend our reach and strengthen support where it’s needed most. These partnerships help ensure our work is community-driven and built to make a meaningful difference.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
Investing in healthier communities
We’re committed to using our resources responsibly to meet the evolving needs of our communities. Through charity care, community grants and ongoing reinvestment in local programs, we direct funding where it can make the greatest difference.
This includes supporting expansion of access to care, strengthening prevention efforts and investing in programs that improve long-term health outcomes. Every dollar is tied to a purpose—helping more people get the care they need, when they need it, and supporting healthier communities. It’s about turning community investment into meaningful, measurable impact.
