I had gone to this location 18-34 months ago for a laceration over my right eye. I was not impress all with that visit.However, my experience this week was totally different. The front office staff was friend and I waited maybe 10 minutes before being see. The MA was very pleasant and efficient taking vitals, getting brief history of reason for my visit and then when giving me shot and nasal swab.Maya Brent, PA was an excellent provider and very thorough and good listener. Even thought my wait time wasn't that long. She apologized for my wait and respectful of my time.I would not hesitate to recommend your facility if all the staff are as courageous, professional and knowledgeable as the staff was to me that day!! | |
