Our urgent care center in southwest Austin treats patients 6 months and older for a variety of illnesses and injuries, from allergies to broken bones.
Conveniently located at Slaughter Lane, just east of MoPac Expressway, our urgent care providers are pleased to provide the communities of Bear Creek, Sunset Valley, Circle C Ranch and beyond with extended hours, seven days a week, for patients in need of immediate care now, instead of later.
When you need more advanced care, our walk-in clinic is less than 15 minutes away from Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Austin, which offers a full-service, 24-hour ER.

Getting care for your entire family couldn’t be easier. The providers at our same-day clinic treat both adults and children, so everyone in your family can get care under the same roof—from 6 months to adults. Providing adult and pediatric care near you is just another way we’re by your side.
Walk-ins welcome
While you can schedule an appointment at our urgent care clinic online via Mybswhealth, walk-ins are also welcome. If you have a sudden medical concern, you can walk in and see a provider at our southwest Austin urgent care center without an appointment.
In-house X-ray facility
With X-ray facilities on site, you don’t have to make multiple stops for issues like broken bones or lung infections. Everything you need to get a quick diagnosis and same-day treatment near you is in one place.
In-house labs and testing
If your provider recommends lab work, our urgent care clinic in southwest Austin offers onsite lab testing. That means you can get faster results without having to make another stop.
Insurance and self-pay
Our urgent care clinic accepts most major insurance providers, including HMOs, PPOs and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, we also offer self-pay options.

- Gastroenterology: Abdominal pain, heartburn, GERD, nausea, hemorrhoids, vomiting, diarrhea (Excludes: Black stool, severe abdominal pain)
- Genitourinary: UTI, STI testing, vaginal discharge
- Musculoskeletal: Acute back/neck pain, acute joint pain, acute injuries
- Dermatology: Rashes, skin infections, minor burns, minor cuts, foreign body removal, toenail infections, warts (Excludes: Acne, moles, skin tags)
- Neurology: Headaches, migraines, nerve pain (Excludes: Sudden confusion, passing out, speech, limb weakness)
- Eyes: Pink eye, stye, minor foreign bodies, blurry vision (Excludes: Sudden vision loss, eye trauma)
- Procedures: EKG, X-ray, incision and drainage, suture, nebulizer, splint fractures
- Mental health: Acute anxiety, depression (short-term medications only) (Excludes: Suicidal tendency, ADHD)
- Testing: COVID-19 PCR, combo COVID-19/Flu, Flu/Strep/RSV, urine, pregnancy, STD
