Chef Fitzgerald has spent nearly 30 years creating exceptional dining experiences at some of Dallas' top restaurants, including Abacus, Hotel ZaZa, Hotel Crescent Court, Screendoor Restaurant (a contemporary southern concept) and Ida Claire. His culinary talent has earned restaurants numerous accolades, including D Magazine's "Best New Restaurants 2009" and “Top 10 Best New Restaurants of 2015” as well as “Best Southern Restaurant” in the Dallas Observer. He also served as the personal chef to NBA star Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat for nearly four years and was recently featured in the Chef Talk section of Haute Living – Dallas magazine. Inspired by his grandmothers in East Texas, Chef Fitzgerald is passionate about fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Southern cuisine.
