The DAISY Award

The Sunshine Award
The Sunshine Award is available to non-nursing employees who demonstrate compassion and dedication to their job and the patients we serve in Lake Pointe. These employees go above and beyond and are recognized as role models.
The PHIL Award®
The PHIL Award is a national recognition for outstanding respiratory therapists who provide exemplary care to patients with respiratory illnesses. Nominations are made by patients and caregivers. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe proudly collaborates with the PHIL Award to honor our exceptional respiratory therapists.
DAISY, Sunshine and PHIL award honorees will be recognized during a ceremony in their unit.
