The Ideal Protein Clinic for Weight Loss Protocol has truly been the last diet for many who have struggled with weight. A medically developed program by the experts at the Baylor Scott & White Medical & Surgical Clinic - Las Colinas more than 20 years ago, Ideal Protein combines weight loss best practices with the knowledge for making better eating choices.

The four-phase weight loss program in Irving helps participants lose fat while preserving lean body mass and maintaining muscle, which is essential to burn calories. Our trained coaches are also graduates of the program, and they work one-on-one with each dieter to provide support and impart wisdom through each phase.

Phase 1: Weight loss

Participants work with a personal weight-loss coach to set attainable goals and learn how to prepare tasty Ideal Protein products for three of the four meal times each day.

The program offers a variety of prepared foods (70 and growing), which can be ready to eat in 10 minutes or less and are perfect whether hot, warm or cold. Foods contain high-quality proteins and low carbohydrates; they contain 21 amino acids and are combined to build complete meals with vegetables and lettuce. Dinner is a traditional protein source, again with vegetables and lettuce.

Phase 2: Food intake

Once the desired body fat percentage is achieved, program foods will be reduced to two times a day while coaches work with participants to begin the introduction of other healthy foods in their diet. This phase lasts no more than two weeks.

Phase 3: Weight loss stabilization

Healthy fats and carbohydrates are added back to regular diets for 14 days, to be consumed in the mornings. Only one Ideal Protein food is being eaten each day in this phase! Coaches will shift dieter’s focus to weight stabilization and post-diet living.

Phase 4: Smarter eating

Participants will use the knowledge they’ve gained throughout their weight loss journey to continue eating healthy and keeping pounds off.

    To ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account, detach the slip from your Baylor Scott & White billing statement and return the slip with your payment. If paying by check or money order, include your account number on the check or money order.
